CHILD ENDANGERMENT
(Penal Code Section 273d)
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND CHILD ENDANGERMENT
(California Penal Code Sections 273.5 and 273d)
I was charged with domestic violence (Penal Code Section 273.5), two counts of child abuse (Penal Code Section 273a (b) and battery on a co-habitant (Penal code section 243(e) (1). These sorts of charges would have caused me to lose my job and be unable to support my family if I was convicted of them. I could have also spent up to a year in jail. I hired Mr. William W. Bruzzo to represent me as I knew he had a good track record for representing other persons similarly situated. Also Mr. Bruzzo is apparently very familiar with the judges and the district attorneys in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo prepared my case by presenting evidence vouching for my good character. In the end, after a few court appearances Mr. Bruzzo negotiated a DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES against me with the agreement that I would plea guilty to a disturbing the peace charge (Penal Code Section 415(2)). This result permits me to keep my job and support my family. Without Mr. Bruzzo’s representation I could have lost everything. I would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal matter.
