DMV Cases

I was involved in a minor accident which caused the police to come to my house. The police then alleged that I had been drinking alcohol in violation of the terms of my probation resulting from a Driving Under the Influence Conviction. Soon thereafter I received a notice from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) indicating my license and driving privilege would be suspended for 1 year because I was allegedly driving with alcohol in my system contrary to the terms of my probation. The letter also indicated that I could request a hearing to contest the allegation. A 1 year suspension would have been very detrimental to my ability to work since I need to be able to drive. So, I decided to hire Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his experience with Driving Under the Influence Cases and his experience with DMV hearings. I was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI); my blood alcohol level was a .10. Every person who is arrested for DUI in the state of California is subject not only to court proceedings but also a hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). I hired Attorney William W. My license was suspended for too many points in a 12-month period by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). I had received tickets for speeding and other traffic infractions which caused me to lose my driving privilege.
