Multiple Controlled Substance Charges Dismissed

I was charged with Penal Code Section 4573 for Bringing a Controlled Substance into jail, a felony.
I was facing up to three years for that offense alone. I also had three other cases pending for Possession of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code Sections 11377(a), 11350(a), 11364(a)] and one case of Petty Theft [Penal Code Section 484a-488].
I was facing a combined amount of 6.5 years incarceration for these offenses.
My family hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. I was not interested in probation because I live out of state and I did not want a program.
Mr. Bruzzo negotiated an agreement where the Felony against me was DISMISSED and I pled to misdemeanors.  The other four misdemeanor cases were all DISMISSED.  Also, I got a local jail offer with no probation.
I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Possession of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code Sections 11377(a), 11350(a) or bringing a Controlled Substance into a Jail [Penal Code Section 4573] case.

Possession of a Controlled Substance Charge Dismissed

I was charged with two different cases at the same time. One case had me charged with driving on a suspended license [Vehicle Code Section 14601.1(a)] and speeding; the other had me charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code Section 11350(a)] and Possession of Paraphernalia [Health and Safety Code Section 11364(a)] and Driving on a Suspended License [Vehicle Code Section 14601.2]
I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo worked out a deal with the two prosecutors whereby they would dismiss the charges once I got a Driver’s license. Mr. Bruzzo also got me time to get my license.
When I appeared in court with my license he got ALL the charges DISMISSED including the drug offenses AND the Driving on a Suspended License charges. [Drug Offenses dismissed partially because the search of the vehicle was suspect]
I pled to driving without a license [Vehicle Code Section 12500] which carries no jail time and no points on my record. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any driving on a suspended license or Possession of a Controlled Substance Matter.

Third Possession of a Controlled Substance, Reduced to Paying Fine

I had two prior convictions for possession of a controlled substance and various other arrests and convictions for drunk driving and theft cases. Then I was arrested and charged with a third possession of a controlled substance case and charged with Health and Safety Code (H&S) Section 11350 (Heroin Possession) and Possession of Paraphernalia, Health and Safety Code Section (H&S) 11364.1(a).
Given my record I could have done up to a year in jail or the prop 36/PC 1210 program. However, I did not want to do a program if I did not have to. Mr. Bruzzo requested an analysis of the drugs found and it showed a very small amount of the drug such that Mr. Bruzzo argued there was not a useable amount [there must be a useable amount of a controlled substance to support such a charge] and he used that to negotiate a terminal disposition on both counts where I pled guilty, but I did not do a program or go to jail; I only paid a fine. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any possession of a control substance or paraphernalia charge.

I was arrested for two possession of a controlled substance cases (Health and Safety Code Sections 11350, 11377(a), within weeks of each other. [I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me]. Mr. Bruzzo was able to convince the District Attorney to make me eligible for the Penal Code 1000 program on both cases. Also, I determined that I needed more treatment then the Penal Code 1000 program offered. So Mr. Bruzzo found a probation approved drug treatment program and once I completed that program [and the 1 year waiting period] both cases were REDUCED to MISDEMEANORS and DISMISSED. I am very grateful to Mr. Bruzzo for his representation and I would enthusiastically recommend him.

I was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance under H &S [Health and Safety Code] section 11350(a), Possession of Heroin, [a felony]; I did not want a conviction and I did not want to plead guilty to this offense [as required by the PC 1000 program];
[I hired Mr. Will Bruzzo to represent me] Mr. Bruzzo negotiated with the District Attorney and managed to get the case DISMISSED once I gave DNA and made a “donation”.  I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any possession of a controlled substance case.

I was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Health and Safety Code Section 11350 (a) [Heroin] and Health and Safety Code Section 11377(a) [Methamphetamine]; the police conducted a consent search of my vehicle and then searched me pursuant to arrest and found drugs in my car and on my person.

I was facing up to three years in prison for these offenses. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his 20 plus years of experience in criminal law and his familiarity with the District Attorney and the Courts in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo appeared with me in court. On the third appearance he negotiated a disposition where the case was entirely dismissed once I made a “donation” to a charitable group. I am very happy with this result.

Mr. Bruzzo [kept me from getting] a criminal conviction, I did not get any jail and I was spared from a lot of other problems. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any possession of a controlled substance or criminal case.

I was charged with Possession for Sale of a Controlled Substance (Health and Safety Code Section 11378) [Methamphetamine] and Sale or Transportation of a Controlled Substance (Health and Safety Code Section 11379) [Methamphetamine]. I was looking at 5 years in prison for these offenses. I was stopped for a traffic matter by a police officer who then began to search my vehicle where he eventually found 908 grams (2 lbs) of Methamphetamine.

[The officer had detained the Defendant too long for the purposes of a traffic stop AND the consent for the search was not validly given because the request for permission to search was not properly made]

I hired attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his experience with these types of cases and his experience with the local courts and District Attorney in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo told me that the arresting officer had violated my 4th Amendment Search and Seizure [Privacy] Rights. He then filed a motion to suppress evidence based on a 4th Amendment Search and Seizure violation.

On the day of the hearing on the motion the District Attorney DISMISSED THE CASE. I am very happy with this result and I would highly recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any similar matter.

I was charged with H&S 11350, Possession of Heroin a felony. I had previously been convicted of a felony as well. I hired attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me as I have had good experiences with his previous representations and because of his familiarity with the Courts, District Attorney and Judges in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo was able to negotiate a dismissal of the felony even though the evidence against me was very strong. I ended up pleading to Business and Professions Code Section 4060, [Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription] a misdemeanor. I received credit for one day in jail [Credit Time Served] and informal probation. In addition I did not have to attend a program. I am very happy with this result and based on this I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any possession of a controlled substance or criminal matter.

I had a warrant [for my arrest] out of Orange County California on a case of [a violation] Health and Safety Code Section 11350 [Possession of Cocaine] a felony from 16 years ago. I never took care of the case, so I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me in this matter. I appeared with Mr. Bruzzo in court and after a short discussion between him, the Judge and the District Attorney, the Judge DISMISSED the case in the interest of justice [on the first appearance]!!!

Not only did Mr. Bruzzo resolve the warrant he also got the case DISMISSED. I am very grateful to Mr. Bruzzo and I would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal matter.

I was charged with Health and Safety Code Section 11377(a), [Possession of a Controlled Substance] a felony; in addition, I had three previous convictions for being under the influence of a controlled substance [Health and Safety Code Section 11550(a)] and Possession of a Controlled substance. [ In addition, while the new case was pending I picked up a Drunk Driving case (Vehicle Code Section 23152(a),(b)).   I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his familiarity with the courts and the District Attorney. Mr. Bruzzo found search issues and used that to negotiate a deal where I did 6 months of  an out-patient program and got NO JAIL. I am very happy with this result and would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal matter.

I was charged with Health and Safety Code Section 11350 [Possession of a Controlled Substance, Heroin] a felony and Health and Safety Code Section 11550(a), [Under the Influence of Controlled Substance], a misdemeanor. I also had two prior convictions for possession of a controlled substance and other crimes. Mr. Bruzzo negotiated a deal where I resided in a drug program for 6 months with that result that I did NO JAIL TIME on the case AND I GOT THE FELONY DISMISSED.  As such I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any controlled substance or criminal matter.

I was stopped while driving my vehicle and arrested for Drunk Driving. After my arrest they found vicodin in my possession. They charged me with Health and Safety Code Section 11350 [Possession of a controlled substance] as a felony. I had a prescription but it was more then three years old. I hired Mr. Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his familiarity with the courts, the judges and the District Attorney. The District Attorney wanted to give me 120 days of jail for the case. However, Mr. Bruzzo negotiated a dismissal of the possession charge. In the end, I pled to a misdemeanor [Drunk Driving] and got no jail. I therefore enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.

I was charged with Health and Safety Code 11377(a) [Possession of a Controlled Substance]; a felony. This charge arose when I was stopped in my vehicle and a search revealed I had methamphetamine in my possession. I hired attorney William W. Bruzzo to represent me because of his familiarity with the court, Judges and District Attorney. Mr. Bruzzo was able to negotiate a full DISMISSAL OF THE CASE after I gave DNA, and made a donation.  I never pled guilty and never had to attend a program. As a result I recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any possession of a controlled substance or criminal case.

I was charged with Health and Safety Code Section 11377(a) (Possession of a controlled substance HS 11377(a)) a felony which carries a maximum of 3 years in prison. I had previous convictions for the same charge and I had similar charges pending. I was also charged with driving on a suspended license (Vehicle Code Section 14601.1 – VC 14601.1) and possession of paraphernalia (Health and Safety Code Section 11364 – HS 11364(a)) as misdemeanors.  I hired Mr. William Bruzzo because he was recommended by another attorney and because of his familiarity with the Orange County courts and the District Attorney.  The original offer prior to hiring Mr. Bruzzo was 180 days in jail and pleading guilty to a felony. Mr. Bruzzo convinced the District Attorney there was not a useable amount of the controlled substance and that my driving on a suspended license was justifiable by Necessity, even though I had priors [convictions] for [that charge] too. Mr. Bruzzo got the possession charge DISMISSED [Health and Safety Code Section 11377(a) – HS 11377(a)] and the Vehicle Code Section 14601.1 [Driving on a suspended license – VC 14601.1] DISMISSED. I plead guilty to one count of possession of paraphernalia as a misdemeanor [Health and Safety Code Section 11364(a) – HS 11364] and I got CAL TRANS [instead of jail]. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any possession of a controlled substance case or any criminal matter.

I was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and for being under the influence of it, a violation of Health and Safety Code section 11550(a) [H&S 11550(a)]. I faced up to 1 year in county jail for this offense. I had failed to appear for my arraignment and there was an active warrant in the system for my arrest. The warrant had been in effect for many years. I found out about this case when I looked at my background online and I was very concerned. I hired the Law Offices of William W. Bruzzo to represent me as they are familiar with the Courts, the Judges and the District Attorney.  Because of my prison priors I was not eligible for a drug diversion program. However, The Law Offices of William Bruzzo recalled my warrant immediately upon being hired and later negotiated with the District Attorney on my behalf and argued a Serna motion which was granted by the Judge! I got the case DISMISSED in the interest of justice. I truly believe that The Law Offices of William W. Bruzzo’s knowledge of the law and their familiarity with the courts and the district attorneys made all the difference in my case and I would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal matter.

I pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (Health and Safety Code Section 11377(a)) and aspart of my sentence, I was permitted to undergo the Penal Code Section 1000 (PC 1000) program. Due to personal health reasons, I missed my required attendances and was terminated from the program.  The Orange County judge considered me to be in violation of the program twice and I was threatened with the possibility of doing time in jail and having a criminal record.  My attorney from the law offices of Will Bruzzo worked with my doctor and me to get me onto proper medication that I needed to successfully complete the program.  Then, he convinced the judge to allow me to re-enroll in PC 1000.  His patient and thorough strategy while representing me kept me from being sentenced up to 90 days in custody and protect me from having a criminal conviction.

I was arrested and charged for possession of methamphetamine, a controlled substance pursuant to Health and Safety code section 11377(a). I thought the police conduct in this instance  was outrageous and wrong. I decided to hire Attorney William W. Bruzzo when I learned of his experience in the Orange County courts and his familiarity with the District Attorneys and the Judges. Mr. Bruzzo negotiated my case with the District Attorney and then filed a motion to suppress the evidence based on an illegal search. After filing the motion Mr. Bruzzo argued the motion. In the end the motion to suppress was granted and the court DISMISSED the case. I could have faced up to one year in jail and three years of probation on this matter but for Mr. Bruzzo’s actions. As a result I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. B ruzzo for any criminal matter.
