Public Intoxication Case Dismissed

I was arrested for Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f); the police claim that I was intoxicated and wondered into traffic almost getting hit by a car. The police also claim I got belligerent toward them while I was cuffed in the police car.
I did not want one bad night to affect my career which is subject to background checks. From the beginning Mr. Bruzzo told me that he thought he could get the case dismissed.
Mr. Bruzzo went to court for me and used my lack of a record and my career accomplishments in negotiating with the District Attorney.
In the end, he got the case DISMISSED. I never had to admit or plead to anything and I never had to go in front of the Judge.
I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f) or criminal matter.

Four Public Intoxication Charges Dismissed

I was charged with Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f)). Unfortunately, I also had three previous cases for the same thing. Mr. Bruzzo had represented me on each one and got them all DISMISSED.
On my fourth charge the District Attorney wanted to convict me and give me Cal Trans [working on the Highway] as punishment.
However, Mr. Bruzzo is very familiar with the District Attorneys and he managed to get the Fourth Charge DISMISSED after I did AA meetings and made a charitable “Donation”.
I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f) or criminal matter.

Public Intoxication Charges Dismissed

I was charged with Battery on a Peace Officer (Penal Code Section 243(b)), Vandalism (Penal Code Section 594(a)/ (b) (1) and Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f).  I was facing up to one year in jail for these offenses. [Defendant got drunk, assaulted a police officer and broke a window]
I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo is very familiar with the courts and the District Attorney in Orange County. He argued my lack of a record and other positive things about my character.
In the end, he got ALL MY CHARGES DISMISSED, after I gave DNA.
I never admitted guilt, I never did any jail time and I have no conviction even though the case against me could have been easily proven.
As such, I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Battery on a Peace Officer (Penal Code Section 243(b), Vandalism (Penal Code Section 594(a)/ (b) (1) or Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f) case.

Case Dismissed, No Class, No Conviction, No Probabtion

I was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication [Penal Code Section 647(f)] when police determined I was too drunk to care for myself. I also had two prior drunk driving convictions within 6 years of this incident.

It was very important for my job that I not be convicted and not be put on probation. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his past success in similar cases.  Mr. Bruzzo is also very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing the courts and the District Attorney in Orange County.

Mr. Bruzzo was able to negotiate a DISMISSAL once I gave DNA and did AA meetings. I never pled guilty at any point; I never took a class and have no conviction or probation.

I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any public intoxication or criminal case.

I was charged with Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647 (f)), Vandalism (Penal Code Section 594(a)/ (b) (2) (A)) and Resisting Arrest (Penal Code Section 148(a) (1). These charges arose when I got highly intoxicated at a bar. After I refused to leave the bar police were called. I then resisted their efforts to remove me. Then, once I was in the police car, I kicked out the window of the police car. I was facing up to 1 year [in jail] for these offenses. In addition I had a prior arrest for Domestic Violence. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of the excellent results he got in other similar cases and because of his familiarity with the courts and District Attorney in Orange County.

Mr. Bruzzo managed to negotiate a result where the charges will be DISMISSED once I complete a class. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any similar criminal matter.

I was arrested for Public Intoxication (Penal Code Section 647(f)) for drinking alcohol and playing loud music. Also, the police said I was not cooperative when they arrived to investigate. I hired attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me in this matter. My case was complicated because the police claim I told them “F*** you” and “I don’t give a s***.”  They also said I struck a pose they found threatening.
Despite this Mr. Bruzzo negotiated an agreement where I gave DNA and the case was dismissed. I never pled guilty and I will have no conviction for this matter. I am very happy with result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any similar [case] or criminal matter.

I was charged with Public Intoxication [Penal Code Section 647(f)], a misdemeanor out of Orange County, California. I did not want a misdemeanor conviction on my record. As such I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Mr. Bruzzo is very familiar with the courts and the District Attorney in Orange County. He went to court and used my lack of a record and the fact I was a student to convince the DA to DISMISS the case after I made a small “donation”. I am very grateful to Mr. Bruzzo for what he did for me and I would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal matter.

I was involved in a physical altercation with police while I was under the influence. The police claim I was fighting with them and calling them names. As such I was charged with Resisting Arrest – Obstructing Justice under Penal Code Section 148 (a) (1) and Public Intoxication under Penal Code Section 647 (f). I could have faced up to one year in jail on this case. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his familiarity with the courts and the district attorney. Mr. Bruzzo showed that I was in alcohol treatment and otherwise trying to make something of myself. After a few visits to court Mr. Bruzzo got the entire case DISMISSED. I am very happy with the result and I would enthusiastically Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.

I was arrested for public intoxication [Penal Code Section 647(f)] and required to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. This charge carries a maximum of 90 days jail and 3 years of probation. In addition to avoiding any jail time I wanted to keep my record clean in order to avoid any problems in the future with getting a job or going to graduate school.  I hired William W. Bruzzo to represent me as he is a highly experienced criminal law attorney who is very familiar with the Courts, the District Attorneys and the Judges in Orange County.  Mr. Bruzzo appeared in court without my being present, spoke with the Court and District Attorney and was able to negotiate an arrangement with them whereby if I attended a class, the case would be dismissed. After I attended the class and gave Mr. Bruzzo proof he appeared in court and got the matter DISMISSED. Because of Mr. Bruzzo’s efforts I avoided jail and a conviction. I would highly recommend him for any criminal law matter.
