Falsely Reporting a Crime

I was charged with falsely reporting a crime under Penal Code Section 148.5(a). There were some mitigating factors because I myself had been a victim of a violent crime. In addition, I would have lost my job had I been convicted of this crime. While the case was pending, I stupidly committed a fraud on the court, which made my situation worse and could have sent me to jail as well as caused me to lose my job. [After being represented by the Public Defender] I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me based on the positive results he gets for his clients and his familiarity with the District Attorney and the Courts. Despite the fraud I committed Mr. Bruzzo convinced a supervising Deputy District Attorney to DISMISS the case as long as I completed additional community service. After I got the community service completed the case was DISMISSED. I would recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter and/or Filing of False Police Report, Penal Code Section 148.5 matter.
