Probation Violation

I was sentenced to 90 days in Jail on a misdemeanor matter. I failed to report to the Jail as ordered and a WARRANT went out for my arrest. I appeared on the warrant [without a lawyer] and I was taken into custody and bailed out. I was consulting with Mr. Will Bruzzo during this time and [eventually] hired him to represent me on this probation violation. Mr. Bruzzo encouraged me to get into a drug program. After I did so Mr. Bruzzo went to court for me. He able to convince the District Attorney to CHANGE MY SENTENCE; I was then resentenced to a program and my jail time was stayed. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any WARRANT or SENTENCING MODIFICATION matter. Date: 5/17/16
