Transportation for Sale of a Controlled Substance

I was charged with Health and Safety Code (H&S) section 11378 [Possession for Sales of a Controlled Substance], H&S section 11379(a) [Sales/Transportation of a Controlled Substance], H&S section 11350(a) [Possession of a Controlled Substance], H&S section 11375(b)(2) [Possession of a Designated Substance] and H&S section 11364(a) [Possession of Paraphernalia]. I was looking at up to 5 years in prison for these offenses. I also had a prior Drug Sales conviction for which I was sentenced to State Prison [one year previous] AND I had two other Sales cases pending. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. After the District Attorney and the Court refused to make a non-jail offer on the case(s) Mr. Bruzzo set the matter for preliminary hearing. At the preliminary hearing the District Attorney agreed to DISMISS all the felonies. I only had to plea to misdemeanors. I was not sentenced to any jail time and I showed proof of having completed an out-patient rehabilitation program. I am very happy with this result and I would recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Drug Sales/ Transportation matter Healthy and Safety Code Sections (H&S) 11378, 11379(a), 11350, 11375(b)(2), and 11364(a). I was charged with Health and Safety Code [H&S] 11379(a) Sale/Offer to Sell/Transport of a Controlled Substance and Health and Safety Code 11378 Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale. Various wiretaps of people I was traveling with in a vehicle showed they were major drug traffickers. When our vehicle was pulled over there was over $100,000.00 of cash in the car. Also, large amount of Cocaine were found in the home of a person who was in the vehicle with me. My exposure on the case was over 5 years. I made some statements which could have been interpreted to mean I knew my companions were involved in the drug trade and that I was helping them. My family hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. The initial offer on the case was 2 years state prison. Mr. Bruzzo told me to decline the offer and fight the case. We fought the case for several months and Mr. Bruzzo negotiated with the District Attorney. In the end Mr. Bruzzo got all charges DISMISSED. I never admitted to anything. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Health and Safety Code [H&S] 11379(a) and Health and Safety Code [H&S] 11378 case. Date: 8/14/17

I was arrested and charged with Sales/Transportation for Sale of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code §11352 a felony to wit: Oxycodone], Possession for Sale of a Controlled Substance [Health and Safety Code § 11351, a felony, to wit: Oxycodone] and misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, paraphernalia [Health and Safety Code Section 11364]. I was looking at up to 6 years in prison for these offenses. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me. Even though they could have proven the case against me, Mr. Bruzzo got me into the Drug Court Program [Generally not permitted for those accused of Sales] and got the most serious charge against me [Sale/Transportation for Sale of a Controlled Substance Health and Safety Code §11352 a felony] DISMISSED. I will do NO jail and get the case DISMISSED when I successfully complete the program. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any Sales/Transportation of a Controlled Substance case. Date: 10/24/16

I was charged with Health and Safety Code Section 11352 (Sale or Transportation of a Controlled Substance) and Possession of a Designated Substance (Health and Safety Code Section 11375 (b) (2); I was facing up to four years in prison for this offense. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me in this matter because of his familiarity with the courts and the district attorney in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo negotiated my case and tried to get me into the Prop. 36 program (also known as Penal Code Section 1210). Generally, people accused of sales or transportation of drugs are not eligible for this program but Mr. Bruzzo was able to convince the District Attorney to allow me to do the program despite the fact I had record. I received credit for time served and the case will be DISMISSED once I complete the drug program. I am very happy with the outcome in this case and as such I would recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter. Date: 10/20/10

I was charged with possession of marijuana for sale, a felony, in violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11359 [H&S Section 11359] and sale or transportation of marijuana, also a felony, a violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11360 [H&S Section 11360]. I faced up to 4 years and 6 months of time in prison for these offenses. I hired William W. Bruzzo to represent me as he is familiar with the Courts, the Judges and the District Attorney in Orange County. Also, he was referred to me by another attorney familiar with criminal defense attorneys in Orange County. Because of the sale and transportation charges I was not eligible for any program and I was facing going to jail. However, Mr. Bruzzo convinced the District Attorney to DISMISS both charges against me and had me plea to a misdemeanor charge with a $100.00 fine and no probation! Mr. Bruzzo used my past accomplishments and the fact that my prior record was relatively minor to achieve this result. What makes the result in my case all the more extraordinary is that my co-defendant in the case admitted to the police that he and I were engaged in the sale of marijuana. I truly believe that Mr. Bruzzo’s familiarity with the District Attorney, the Judges and the courts in general made all the difference in my case and I would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal law matter.
