CARRYING A CONCEALED/LOADED WEAPON
I was arrested for carrying a loaded weapon in public in violation of penal code section 25850(a)/(c)(6) as a felony. I was facing up to three years in prison for this offense. In addition I had a prior conviction for the same offense. I hired Attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me because of his familiarity with the courts and District Attorney in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo negotiated a reduction of the case to a misdemeanor. I ended up paying a fine and getting cal trans. I am very happy with this result and I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.
I was arrested for a violation of Penal Code Sections 12025(a) (1) [Carrying a Concealed Weapon in a Vehicle], 12031(a) [Carrying a Loaded Weapon in a Vehicle] and 538(b) (2) [impersonating an officer]. I had several weapons in my vehicle with ammunition-most of my weapons were properly stored in my vehicle but a few were not. All the weapons pertain to my being in the private security business. I also had other very expensive items that I needed for my job. I hired Attorney William W. Bruzzo to represent me as he came highly recommended as an Orange County Criminal Defense Attorney very familiar with the District Attorneys and Judges in Orange County. If I suffered a conviction or lost my equipment I would be unable to work. Mr. Bruzzo helped me get my equipment back from the police. He also spoke with the District Attorney in an attempt to persuade them not to file the case against me since I was a legitimate private security individual. In the end Mr. Bruzzo persuaded the District Attorney NOT TO FILE THE CASE. I NEVER HAD TO GO TO COURT AND I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A CONVICTION. I feel strongly that if I had not hired Mr. Bruzzo the result would have been much different. As such I highly recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal law matter.
I was arrested and charged with a violation of California Penal Code Section 12025(a) (1)/ (b) (6) (Possession of a Concealed Weapon) and a violation of Penal Code Section 12031(a) (1) (a) (2) (G) (Carrying a Loaded Weapon). I faced up to 1 year in custody for these offenses. Having these convictions on my record would have made it very difficult for me to find a job. I hired the law offices of William W. Bruzzo to represent me because of their reputation for being knowledgeable about the law and their familiarity with the Orange County Court system. The law Offices of William W. Bruzzo fought hard for me with the result that after I paid a fine and did Cal Trans the District Attorney agreed to DISMISS the charges against me. This result kept my record as clean as possible. I would enthusiastically recommend the law offices of William W. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.
I was arrested and charged with a violation of California Penal Code Section 12025(a) (1)/ (b) (6) (Possession of a Concealed Weapon). When the police stopped me the weapon was in the vehicle with me and I also had bullets in the vehicle but they were not in the weapon. I was looking at up to one year in jail for this matter. I hired Attorney William W. Bruzzo who is very experienced in criminal matters to represent me. He set to work researching my case and negotiating with the District Attorney. When the District Attorney refused to dismiss the matter, Mr. Bruzzo aggressively set the matter for trial. This forced the District Attorney to take a hard look at the matter and on the day of trial the case was DISMISSED. Not only did I do no jail but I also will not have to worry about a conviction on my record. In addition, Mr. Bruzzo persuaded the District Attorney to order the Police to release my weapon from their custody. What is more,
I NEVER APPEARED IN COURT after hiring Mr. Bruzzo. I truly believe that Mr. Bruzzo’s knowledge of the law, the District Attorney and the court in general was critical to the positive outcome of my case. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.
I was charged with Penal Code Section 245(b) (Assault with a semiautomatic firearm), Penal Code 422 Section (Terrorist Threats) and Penal Code Section 12031(a)(1) and (a)(2)(B) (Carrying a Loaded Firearm in Public); I faced a maximum of 15 years in prison for these offenses. However, I hired William W. Bruzzo to represent me as he is familiar with the Orange County courts. Mr. Bruzzo conducted an investigation into this matter and then negotiated with the District Attorney. In the end Mr. Bruzzo got the Penal Code Sections 245(b) and 422 DISMISSED by the District Attorney; this was very fortunate because I would have had a strike on my record but for the dismissal of the Terrorist Threats charge. I had to plea guilty to carrying a loaded weapon because I had confessed it to a police officer. For this conviction I was sentenced to 6 months of jail; however, Mr. Bruzzo requested a stay on the jail sentence which gave me time to apply for HOME CONFINEMENT. Although it is very rare for someone with my charges to qualify for home confinement Mr. Bruzzo spoke personally with the people in charge of the home confinement program. In the end they gave me 6-months of home confinement instead of jail. I truly believe that Mr. Bruzzo’s knowledge of the law, the District Attorney and the court in general was critical to the positive outcome of my case. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.
