Mr. Bruzzo’s extensive experience in local courts in
Orange County can make the difference in the
outcome of your case.
A felony is any offense where the client can spend more then one year in jail; however, this does not mean that if a client is charged with a felony he will do one year in jail. What it does mean is that as opposed to a misdemeanor offense the possible jail time exposure of the client facing a felony exceeds one-year.
Typical felonies include possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, assault with a deadly weapon, sexual molestation of children and theft crimes involving large sums of money or goods of considerable value.
