Possess / Carry Switchblade Knife

I was charged with carrying a switchblade knife [Penal Code Section 21510(b)] as a misdemeanor. I was facing up to one year for that offense. In addition, I had suffered a string of other felony and misdemeanor offenses directly prior to this charge coming up. I hired attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me as he is very familiar with the Courts, District Attorney and the Judges in Orange County. Mr. Bruzzo appeared in court and argued that my knife did not fit the description of a true switch-blade knife. After a few appearances in court without me he was able to get the matter DISMISSED. I am very grateful to Mr. Bruzzo for this result and I would enthusiastically recommend him for any criminal matter. Date: 5/2/13
