Possession of a Prohibited Weapon

I was charged and cited with Penal Code Section 22210 (Possession of a Prohibited Weapon) as a misdemeanor for having an expandable baton in my bag. I had forgotten the item was in my possession and when I went thought Airport Security they saw it and cited me. I was very concerned about this because my job requires a clean record and I did not want this charge to effect my employment. I hired attorney Will Bruzzo to represent me as I could tell from his website that he is an experienced criminal lawyer and he is also a fellow veteran. Mr. Bruzzo went to court without me and was able to get a DISMISSAL of the charge without conditions once I made a “donation” to a court charity. I am very happy with this result and I would recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal case or Penal Code Section 22210 (Possession of Prohibited Weapon) matter. Date: 6/22/18
